Private Family 1 Hour Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides Week of Jan. 4th - 8th/21 ** Provincial Covid-19 Restrictions in Place**

Capture the spirit of the season in a northern Ontario winter wonderland!

A nostalgic horse drawn sleigh ride is a perfect outdoor activity for all ages while remaining safely in your social bubble!

Your 1 Hour private sleigh ride is drawn by one of our 3 steadfast teams of draft horses as they guide you through our groomed trails.

A 30 minute bonfire stop in the woods is included along the way where Guests can cozy up around the fire while roasting their favorite campfire snacks and beverages brought from home.

Return back to the barn where a Petting Farm visit is also included!

Our friendly petting farm animals are always happy to interact and greet our Guests!

1 HOUR SLEIGH RIDE STARTS AT $150.00 + HST FOR UP TO 8 GUESTS

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:  ADD $15.00 + HST PER ADULT OR CHILD

No Charge for Children under 24 months old

Minimum Charge of $150.00 is applicable for 1hour sleigh ride for up to 8 Guests

For your Convenience, we offer a Hot Chocolate Service served at Bonfire Stop   $2.50 per Cup (with lid)

Pre-order your Hot Chocolate at time of your reservation.

WE HAVE  3 SLEIGHS THAT WILL ACCOMMODATE GROUPS OF 8 TO 20 PER SLEIGH

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR SAFETY IN MIND FOR ALL; ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS IS PERMITTED ON SLEIGH RIDES

Our sleigh ride service is conditional to an adequate amount of snow for our sleighs to smoothly operate.

In the event of insufficient snow on trails, wagons are available for your ride and are still horse-drawn.

Reserved Sleigh and/or wagon rides rely on favorable weather and safe trail conditions and may be subject to cancellation.  Only Wagonwheel Ranch reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather and/or trail conditons.

Refunds or re-schedule available if WWR is required to cancel your reserved Sleigh ride.

Covid-19 Safety:  For safe social interaction during your sleighride, we recommend Guests wear their masks while on sleigh ride if combined group is not included in your immediate family home-bubble.  Our Bonfire Stop area provides ample space to safely social distance.  In addition, masks are recommended to be worn while visiting Petting Farm area and inside Ranch office.

**Provincial Covid-19 Lock down Rules & Regulations in effect from December 26/20 - January 8/21:

Effective Dec. 23/20  granted permission from both the  Sudbury & District Health Unit as well as City of Greater Sudbury By-law office to operate and provide private horse drawn sleigh rides while adheering to the following Restrictions:

  

Wagonwheel Ranch ensures all safety restrictions are being followed in accordance to the latest Provincial lock-down measures.

Gatherings & Events:

Outdoor gatherings are  limited to 10 people. (the 10-Count will include your Sleigh Driver)

ALL SLEIGH RIDES REQUIRE A RESERVATION

Reserved groups cannot exceed 9 Guests for 1 hour sleigh rides  

This count includes ALL Guests on Sleigh including Toddlers under 24 months old

Additionally, Sleigh ride Groups must reside under same roof and/or all be within your own social bubble.

Sleigh Driver is masked while driving sleigh and keeps within safe distance at front of sleigh; your social bubble family/group is not required to wear a mask while on sleigh ride or at bonfire stop.

Following your sleigh ride, If visiting the barn area for Petting Farm or entering the Administration office, you will be required to wear a mask.   All Reserved private Groups must comply with physical distancing rules while visiting WWR.

(ie. face coverings must be worn if 2 metres of physical distancing cannot be maintained.)

Providing your private Sleigh ride group adheres to above requirements, we are happy to entertain your Family with a horse drawn sleigh ride!

Our Animals, Staff and Customers' health and safety is our top priority.

We ask for your patience and understanding should any changes to the Provincial Covid-19 Public Health and Safety Regulations occur.

In the event of any Provincial changes made; our Advertised Packages may be subject to revisions in order to comply with any newly implemented restrictions 

This may affect reserved Group sizes, scheduling, individual scheduled activites and pricing.

In event of any required changes, WWR will get in touch with the Contact Person of Reserved Group to discuss any required  changes, actions and/or cancellations and refunds if necessary.
